Please Note that we do not provide any Catering, Décor,Draping, Food, Cutlery, Crockery, table cloths, etc. The client is welcome to bring their own Service Providers on condition that the appointed Service providers adhere to Inyatas Rules and Regulations as stipulated in the Service Providers Agreement (available on request).
Should you not have any Service Providers, we may be able to suggest a few that may be able to assist you.
Set up times may differ depending on previous function. No items to be left over by client, and may incur additional storage fees if they are not cleared the same evening. ALL REFUSE TO BE PLACED IN DESIGNATED DUSTBINS/BAGS.
IF REFUSE IS LEFT LYING AROUND
FEES FOR CLEARING IT OUT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AMOUNT.

Viewings (by appointment) may be done from:
Monday – Thursday: 8am – 5pm by appointment.
Friday 8am to 11am & 3pm – 5pm by appointment.
Saturdays 8am – 2pm by appointment.

Payment terms and Deposits:
50% (of price) NON REFUNDABLE Deposit to secure venue Date. No date will be reserved if deposit not received.
Balance of 50% (of price) 30 days prior to function.

Additional R5000 holding deposit for breakages/damages/refuse to be refunded within 7 days after function should there be no claims.
Claims will be deducted accordingly and balance to be refunded.
Holding deposit is not included in the price and should be paid over and above quoted price.

Policy on Holding/Provisionally Booking :
Holding of dates will not be permitted under any circumstances.
Bookings will only be confirmed and dates RESERVED once 50%deposit is paid.
